An Excel-based risk management tool that can be used to specify and monitor up to 30 project risks. The tool allows the user to: 1) initiate risk management for a new project, 2) add or modify project-specific risks, 3) define risk mitigation plans, and 4) review and update risk and risk mitigation status. The tool characterizes each risk's exposure using the NASA-defined "risk cube" and generates a Risk Summary Report and a Risk Details Report. |
