An Excel-based tool that can be used to define and track a project schedule. The tool allows the user to: 1) develop a high-level and a detailed schedule of project activities and 2) track activity progress and product generation. Tracking is accomplished using various icons that show scheduled activities, progress against scheduled activities, delayed/late activities, scheduled milestones, delayed/late milestones, and completed milestones. Internal and external dependencies can be shown by icon as well. |
