This tool contains worksheets to assist in planning and monitoring the involvement of project stakeholders. This includes stakeholders internal to the project as well as external stakeholders.
The first worksheet contains a short set of instructions for using the tool.
The second spreadsheet provides a template for the stakeholder involvement plan that must be included in the project plan. The template includes a list of stakeholders that should be considered for inclusion, as well as a list of activities that the stakeholders are normally involved in. The template can be tailored to meet project needs. Once completed, the stakeholder involvement plan can be copied and pasted into the project plan.
The third spreadsheet provides a template for the stakeholder plan tailored for use by an acquisition project.
The fourth spreadsheet provides a log to record the status of stakeholder involvement. This must be recorded to show that the involvement has been monitored on a regular basis. Update the worksheet on a regular basis to actual involvement relative to the plan. |
